§ 19-40. Peddlers and solicitors.

(a)

The fee to license each solicitor or peddler shall be as follows:

(1)

Per person, per day ..... $15.00

(2)

Per person, per year ..... 150.00

(b)

The nonrefundable fee for criminal background checks required for the issuance or renewal of a license shall be as follows:

Per criminal background check, per person ..... $20.00
