§ 15-100. Rights granted.

Kansas State University is hereby granted the right to construct, maintain and operate a communication cable in, through and along that right-of-way which is approved by action of the governing body of the city, for the purpose of supplying telecommunication service to facilities owned and operated by Kansas State University, and others as set forth herein. Said grant is to be nonexclusive and subject to the terms and conditions set forth hereinafter.
