§ 13-20. Establishment of limits of districts in which storage of flammable or combustible liquids in aboveground tanks is to be prohibited.

(a)

The limits referred to in Section 5704.2.9.6.1 of the International Fire Code, in which storage of flammable or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: prohibited in all zoning districts except those zoned C-6, I-2, I-3, I-4 and commercial and industrial Planned Unit Developments (PUDs).

(b)

The limits referred to in Section 5706.2.4.4 of the International Fire Code, in which storage of flammable or combustible liquids in aboveground tanks is prohibited, with regard to bulk plants or terminals, are hereby established as follows: prohibited in all zoning districts except those districts zoned I-2, I-3, I-4 and commercial and industrial.
